Did you know …? 

  • From York Street to Queens Ave and from Ridout to Waterloo on-Street Metered parking is FREE after 6pm Monday to Friday.
  • On-Street metered parking is FREE for 2 Hours on Saturdays.
  • On-Street metered parking is FREE ALL DAY on Sundays.
  • Make sure you are within York Street and Queens Ave, and Ridout Street and Wellington Street to use the above On-Street parking rates.


Reduced Impark rates in lots 64, 81, and 84 along Richmond Row

Impark London is working with Downtown London to offer reduced rates at Impark Lot 64 (200 Albert St), Lot 81(197 Central Ave) and Lot 84 (551 Richmond St).

Below are the new special rates in lots 64, 81, and 84 along Richmond Row:

  • Each 30 mins or less - $2.00
  • 2 Hour Lunch Special (purchase between 11am-2pm) - $4.00
  • Daily Max (6am-6pm) - $10.00
  • Evening Maximum (expires at 6am next day) - $10.00


Now you can pay or extend your parking on your phone with Impark's Pay by Phone!

Pay by Phone is a suite of services designed to provide additional convenient ways for our customers to pay, either through the use of a phone, or over the internet.

Pay by Phone eliminates the need for a customer to pay at a meter or attendant, place a ticket on the dash, or be at risk of running out of time and experience a parking notice. Through a simple web-enabled registration process, you can create an account profile that includes your vehicle details and payment option. Then, depending on where or how you park, you can use your cell phone, or website to pay for parking - whether for an hour, a day, a week or a month. Billing is automatic and you can access and receive reports online or by email... and because Impark uses wireless handheld devices to monitor its locations, your parking is instantly recognized as valid.

Look for the Pay by Phone logo and instructions at Impark parking facilities where the service is available.

Click here for a detailed map of municipal public parking locations.  If your municipal meter is faulty or not working stay parked at the meter and take the time you intended to pay for, up to the maximum time allowed,( which will be posted). Record the meter number, which is posted on the meter and phone our office to report the problem, our number is posted on the meter. The only time you cannot stay at a faulty meter is if it happens to be a meter which will turn into a “No Stopping” route between specific times to accommodate the extra flow of traffic.

Parker Pete - Motorist Assistance Program

The Parker Pete motorist assist program is available when parking at select Impark lots where the Parker Pete sign is displayed. This program provides timely service response to Impark customers needing help with their vehicle while using our facilities.  Should you need assistance, simply call us toll-free at1-877-771-PETE (7383) – or the number as posted on the lot. All calls received will be coordinated by our staff – with service performed by an authorized third-party.

The Parker Pete program offers the following complimentary services to Impark customers:

  • Need fuel? 
  • Keys locked in vehicle?
  • Dead battery?
  • Flat tire?
  • Need a tow*?


* If a Tow is required, Impark will arrange the tow; however, the cost will be borne by the customer
