    To all loyal patrons, vendors, friends and family,

    Greetings to everyone as we get ready to kick off another great year with the arrival of 2014!

    With the new year now upon us we are pleased to announce that we have many exciting things that will be happening at The Only on King during the first quarter of 2014.  

    January is the month to recognize "Manuary". Initiated right here in London, Manuary is a yearly event raising awareness towards head and neck cancer.  We will be donating $5 for every soup we sell in the month of January to go towards this great cause.  So get out of the cold and come on down for some hot soup as we help make Manuary a great success!

    On Wednesday, January 29 our very own Paul Harding will be appearing as a guest chef at the Waterloo hot spot, Nick & Nat's Uptown 21. This will surely be an outstanding culinary collaboration to attend.  For reservations and or inquiries regarding the event please contact Uptown 21 at (519)883-1100 or at
    While Paul is in Waterloo that night, if you are dining at The Only, you will be left in the capable hands of our new Sous Chef, Eric Neaves, who recently joined us from Buca, an amazing restaurant in Toronto.

    Please note that we will be open for two different Monday's in the month of February to coincide with two events happening at The Budweiser Gardens. These dates are Monday, February 3rd (Elton John)and Monday February 10th(Chicago: The Musical).  We will be accepting reservations commencing at 5pm for both of these evenings.

    We are also now accepting reservations for Valentines Day on Friday, February 14th.  To mark the occasion, Paul has created an amazing menu to be shared with that "Special Someone". All details regarding Valentines Day can be viewed at  Be sure to reserve soon as we are already taking reservations and we will be sure to book up fast!

    2014 also marks the return of the "Dine Out London" promotion.  From February 25 until March 15 we will be offering an outstanding 3 Course Menu which will be priced at ONLY $35 per person. 3 choices will be provided for each course and nightly features will be also be available.  Be sure to "Dine Out" at The Only on King during this time!

    Question for you... "Who likes sausages and who likes beer?"
    Answer... "Who doesn't?"
    Come March and April will be doing a sausage and beer night at the restaurant.  On Wednesday night's during this time we will be offering feature sausage dishes and cheap beer to coincide.  This meaty little promo will be just a little something extra we will be serving as our regular nightly a la carte menu will still be available as well.

    Lastly, we are pleased to announce that our next guest chef dinner at The Only on King will be taking place on Monday, April 7th.  We will be be pairing up with Chef Dan Muia from La Mogette Bistro in Toronto.  Menu details are forthcoming but this event will prove to be fantastic as we will be serving French inspired dishes with exquisite French wines. This will be a hot seller so please reserve as soon as possible.
