Victoria Park welcomes back the lights, ice pad, and now Santa!

The Lights in Victoria Park downtown will be illuminated until December 30 from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. daily. On New Year’s Eve, the lights will be turned on at 5:30 p.m. and remain on through the night as Londoners ring in the new year.

In addition to more than 75,000 lights decorating the trees in the park, there is a new festive display this holiday season. “Santa’s House” is set up in the park and photos with the Jolly Old Elf himself will be available from November 27 to December 23 daily from 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. with a donation.

Funds raised will go to the Teresina Larizza Charity (TLC) which provides assistance to children facing health challenges.

Weather permitting, the skating rink in Victoria Park and at Covent Garden Market is scheduled to open daily from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. starting on Friday, December 4th.

The City Hall Promenade Deck will also be open to the public to view the lights from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. as of this Friday. The deck will be open nightly except for December 8,21,25,26,31, and Jan 1st, 2016.
