Downtown Dollars can be redeemed almost anywhere downtown. Please inquire prior to your purchase or meal with the business that you hope to spend Downtown Dollars with so that they are aware this will be your method of payment. You can also use the Gift Card online, similar to any debit or credit purchase.

How to Redeem Downtown Dollars for Merchants
Downtown Dollars spent via Gift Card are automatically redeemed for 100% of their dollar value to merchants who are members of the LDBA. If Downtown Dollar paper bills are collected, simply drop by our office at 123 King Street Monday-Friday between 8:30am - 4:30pm and we can write you a cheque immediately. Neither version of Downtown Dollars expire. You can also mail them in and receive reimbursement within 2 weeks.
