Join the London Arts Council at Covent Garden Farmer’s Market on July 31st from 10 am – 1 pm for this amazing London Arts Live pop-up!
This pop-up performance features London Arts Live music by Leanne Mayer and Mike Trudgen, with visual artist Hattie Benjamin.
Leanne Mayer is a unique and exciting new voice in London’s indie music scene. Her powerful voice gravitates between sweet and snarly, conjuring a delightful, cabaret-style pop sound that is entirely her own. Her debut EP, Bittersweet Remedy, features Leanne’s whimsical blend of jazz, blues, old school country, and pop-folk.
London, Ontario, Canada guitarist Michael Trudgen has been playing the guitar for twenty-five years. Just take a moment to let that sink in. Twenty-five years. That’s a quarter of a century. Michael made his way onto the London music scene in 2015 participating in The Whisky House Battle of the Bands; and of 16 entrants, he placed 2nd overall. With his new Stonebridge guitar, Michael has a full album recorded and available for sale on his website, and it is available to listen to on Spotify and iTunes. His album was recently reviewed by Divide and Conquer Magazine and received a 4/5 rating and a write-up detailing his work.
Hattie Benjamin is a local visual artist with immeasurable talent with different art mediums. To view her work, visit her official Instagram page.
