Property Damage and Vandalism Survey

We Invite You to Complete Our Property Damage and Vandalism Survey!

We’ve heard from several members that property damage resulting from vandalism appears to be declining this year (2025) compared to last (2024). To help us understand whether this trend is being felt across downtown, we’re asking property owners and tenants to share their experiences. Your feedback will help us track progress and advocate for continued investment in safety and prevention efforts.

It only takes 2 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous. Results will be shared in aggregate to show overall downtown trends.

  • Dual approvals for all cheques and Automated Funds Transfers (AFTs)
  • No e-transfers, wire transfers, or ATM withdrawals to reduce fraud exposure
  • Two-step verification on all accounts for secure logins
  • Real-time monitoring and alerts for all withdrawals and end-of-day balances
