Awarded sponsorships will receive 75% of their funding up-front, and then will be awarded the final 25% of the sponsorship, once successful proponents fill out a post-event survey report within a month (30 days) after the event has occurred. The purpose of the post event survey report will document how the event contributed to downtown vibrancy, including the outcomes and success of the event, the number of attendees, and the impact among LDBA member businesses that the event created. The post-event report comes in the form of a fillable survey that will be provided by the Events & Sponsorships Assistant to make it easy for the organizers to complete.
