Endurance Grant from Downtown London

Downtown London has launched the Endurance Grant in an effort to support members through this difficult time. This is a one-time grant to help members with costs incurred to improve business safety/security, beautification, cleanliness, health and safety requirements, COVID-19 related marketing opsts, businesses signage costs, activations, restaurant take-out containers and restaurant delivery costs.

Proposed Changes to Dundas Place – Save the Date

The City of London will be hosting a webinar on March 15th at 10:00am via Zoom to gather feedback from impacted businesses and residents.

Presentations will be made by the project manager to walk through staging and impacts. There will also be an opportunity for attendees to provide feedback and ask questions/raise concerns.

Downtown Loop Construction

The City of London has mailed Pre-Construction Notices to all impacted businesses. You should be receiving your booklet shortly and can expect City staff to be making in-person visits in the coming weeks to check in with businesses with respect to any accommodations necessary. Please review the notice below.

Pre-Construction Webinar – Save the Date

A free webinar will be held on March 25th at 5pm via Zoom. During this webinar, you will be given an overview of the project, expected timelines, supports available to you, and a list of contacts you may require throughout the duration of the project. Downtown London Marketplace

E-commerce has become more and more popular in recent years, and with the unfortunate lockdown, it is more important than ever. Downtown London has built an online marketplace where downtown businesses can list their products (or gift cards!) free of charge. There is absolutely no cost to businesses to participate.

Harrison Pensa Moves to 130 Dufferin Avenue

Harrison Pensa has announced that its firm will be moving their longtime residence at 450 Talbot Street in a partnership with BlueStone Properties to relocate to the Dufferin Corporate Centre at 130 Dufferin Avenue.
