Downtown Resilience Paper

Downtown London’s strength is not defined by a single moment in time, but by its ability to adapt, recover, and continue to evolve. We call that resilience.

Community Well-Being Survey

Dear Members,

This is a friendly reminder that Downtown London’s Community Well-Being Survey is now open! We encourage all members to take a couple minutes to share their experiences and help us better understand the current operating environment for businesses in London’s downtown.

This survey asks about the day-to-day impacts of safety, security, cleanliness, social issues, and overall public realm conditions on your business. Your feedback will help us identify key trends, better understand member concerns, and strengthen our advocacy with the City of London, London Police Service, community partners, and other decision-makers.

The survey is anonymous and should take approximately 2-3 minutes to complete. The information collected will help guide our priorities, advocacy efforts, and future discussions around community well-being in the downtown.

We strongly encourage all members to participate so the results accurately reflect the realities businesses are experiencing across the district.

Complete the survey here
If you have any questions about the survey or would like to share additional context about specific issues affecting your business, please contact us at Info@DowntownLondon.ca.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and contribute to this important work.
