As part of a project conducted by the London Police Service, they are seeking feedback on your experiences in the Downtown, Midtown, and Old East Village areas. This survey is completely voluntary but will help London Police Service understand the needs of patrons in the Downtown, Midtown, and Old East Village areas.

This is a follow-up to the initial survey. They are seeking feedback now that the Open-Air Substance Use Strategy has been running for 6 months.

All responses are anonymous and the survey is voluntary.
