How to Process a Split Transaction

If a Downtown London Gift Card transaction doesn’t process due to insufficient balance, you can easily split the payment! To guide you through the process, we’ve included an info sheet below. It shows how to charge the gift card for its balance first and then collect the remaining amount using another payment method.
