Community Well-Being Survey

Earlier this month, we shared our new Community Well-Being Survey and there is still time to have your voice heard.

This short survey focuses on key downtown conditions impacting your business, including safety, cleanliness, and day-to-day operations. Your feedback is essential in helping us advocate effectively on your behalf.

The survey takes just 2-3 minutes to complete, and all responses remain confidential and reported in aggregate.

If you’re currently facing specific challenges or would prefer to connect directly, our team is always available to support you.

Thank you to everyone who has already participated, your input makes a difference!

Downtown Inclusion Paper

Inclusion is a practical condition for downtown vitality. A thriving downtown is one where people feel welcomed, represented, safe, and able to participate fully in civic, cultural, and economic life.

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!

We’re delighted to bring back this exciting promotion that supports every merchant in the Downtown London BIA.

And the best part?
Your business is automatically included!
How does it work?
For 6 weeks starting May 4, there will be a weekly $1000 draw from all the photos of shopping receipts uploaded to the contest website. $500 will go to the winner and $500 will be shared with the Downtown London business that issued the winning receipt.

This promotion is proven to get people to:
Shop more!
Spend more!
Try new businesses!

If this sounds familiar it’s because we’ve done successful versions of this before and got over!

Every Receipt of $15 or more = One Entry into the next draw

  • Receipts can be physical or digital
  • Online reviews about your business can also be submitted instead of receipts -so ask for these valuable reviews!
  • Encouraging your customers to enter will increase your chances of winning $500 too!

If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact me at Judith@DowntownLondon.ca.

Sincerely,
Judith Smith
