Earlier this month, we shared that Downtown London would be launching two short surveys to better understand business conditions and strengthen our advocacy work.

Our Community Well-Being Survey is now live.

This survey focuses on downtown conditions and how they are impacting businesses, including topics such as safety, cleanliness, and day to day operations.

As a reminder, we’ve streamlined this year’s survey to make it quick and easy to complete. It takes approximately 2 – 3 minutes, and responses will be kept confidential and reported in aggregate.

Downtown Strategic Plan Engagement Form
Downtown London is starting the process of reviewing and updating its Strategic Plan for 2027-2031. This plan will help to guide the next Board of Directors in its leadership of the organization following the upcoming municipal election and Board approval.

As part of this process, we are taking a high-level approach to understand which elements of the current plan should be maintained and which may need to evolve. Your participation in this feedback form is an integral component of our engagement process.

We’re excited to bring back the Downtown London Patio Trail! A fun and interactive way to promote patios across the core and drive foot traffic all summer long.

The trail encourages visitors to explore downtown’s patios using a free digital passport. Each check-in earns points toward Downtown Dollar Gift Cards, exclusive discounts and other prizes which keeps people coming back!
